Glasgow, Ghent, Gothenburg and Riga have been developing enhanced SEAPs and this conference provides an opportunity to hear more about this and each city’s learning and development. There will be speakers from each city, talking about their individual approaches and projects. Please see the programme for details of the itinerary. The conference is aimed at any city that is developing a sustainable energy action plan or considering producing one.

Note: Riga is in Latvia where the time zone is Eastern European Time; this is two hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (UK) and Western European Time; and one hour ahead of Central European Time.
