Training sessions for the Baltic Learning Network developed by Riga have consisted of webinars, seminars and workshops for professionals.
For Riga, STEP UP project training events started in May 2014 with a seminar in Riga Council on the topic of “Riga Smart City Sustainable Energy Action Plan for 2014 – 2020”, presented by Maija Rubina, Director of Riga Energy Agency.

Then followed several seminars and workshops, designed for professionals, all delivered on the topic of “Stakeholder Engagement: empowerment of stakeholders, access to technologies, good practices, learning from experience”. These seminars were organized by Juris Golunovs, Head of Energy Efficiency Information Centre of Riga Energy Agency.
